About Me.
Hello and welcome to Soul Energy Counselling. I am a person-centred counsellor and my charity work has given me a deeper understanding of loss and how it can impact your mental health and well-being. Talking about your feelings can help you feel heard and understood. I can support you through your relationship challenges or grief helping you make more sense of your inner world.

I was so moved by my first Reiki treatment and the profound feelings of peace and relaxation that I knew that I needed to learn more about myself. This journey has led me to go on my counselling journey to becoming a therapist. Being a person-centred therapist I believe you are the expert on yourself but perhaps you are feeling very alone at the moment and may need some help or guidance. I bring a wealth of experience in working with clients through anxiety, grief and depression.
Working also with energy, I can support you in connecting to the intuitive messages of your soul which can bring you inner peace in your mind and body. Connecting to the Universe and spirit through angels' messages can bring you closer to your true self.
I have experience working with many clients on long and short-term work supporting them face to face, online and on the telephone.
​Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, need help processing emotions or are looking to make positive changes in your life I can support you in finding more balance in yourself.
My love of angel card readings began many years ago often giving readings to friends and family. I tune into the energy from the Universe and messages from my spirit guides to give me an intuitive sense of what the cards are offering.
