About Me.

Hello and welcome to Soul Energy Counselling. I am a person-centred counsellor, Reiki healer, an intuitive Angel card reader and a Funeral singer.

I work with energy, connecting you to intuitive messages, through the mind and body. Spirituality for me is about connecting to a higher power outside of myself. I will encourage you to listen and be guided by your higher self.

My Story

My journey began many years ago when I first experienced Reiki. I was so moved by my treatment and the profound feelings of peace and relaxation I decided to train as a Reiki practitioner. Since discovering Reiki I have been inspired to experience and learn other holistic therapies, such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Crystal Healing, giving me the opportunity to offer a variety of holistic treatments to clients coping with illness and grief. I feel a natural empathy and a strong desire to support clients who are bereaved whether this is through counselling and or singing at a funeral.

Being there, alongside you if you are struggling, listening and allowing you to feel heard is so important to me. My work as a Bereavement Volunteer has given me a deeper understanding of loss and how it can impact our mental health and well-being.

I genuinely believe that by talking about feelings with a counsellor allows us to feel heard and understood, enabling us to make more sense of our inner world.

My love of angel card reading began many years ago often giving readings to friends and family. I tune into the energy from the Universe and messages from my spirit guides to give me a intuitve sense of what the cards are offering.
