"Harnessing the Power of the New Moon in Taurus: Planting Seeds for Growth and Abundance"

Welcome to another reading for this week and happy New Moon in Taurus today.

I'm using the Moon Dust Tarot cards by Florence Saul. The energy of the Taurus wants you to focus on what you love, what brings you pleasure, your home environment, and how you relate to money.

The new moon is when you begin to set new intentions and consider what you want to grow and develop in the coming weeks. It is usually best to wait for the crescent moon before taking action as this is when there is more light; giving energy to your plans and intentions. As the moon starts to grow so too will your hopes and wishes. Just like a seed your plans need nurturing to help them to blossom.

Look within your soul at this new moon to find the essence of who you are and believe that you can shine. Let go of negative perceptions of the self at the new moon and set new intentions around what brings you joy. Trust in the knowledge that you are an abundant spirit and are capable of sharing all your natural gifts and talents with the world. What areas of your life would you like to transform and develop in May?

This card is asking you to believe in yourself and trust your intuition. Believe that all the treasures and abundance within the Universe can be yours. Take time to stop and pause during this powerful new moon and reflect on what your mind, body and spirit need. When you take the time to listen to your intuition you will hear the answers within your soul. Remember to be guided by what is in your heart and know you are worthy.

"Uncovering My True Self: A Journey of Self-Discovery"

I'm using Nature's Whispers Oracle cards by Josephine Wall and Angela Hartfield. I was drawn to these beautiful cards today as I can feel the energy of Spring and the anticipation of new beginnings.

This card shows many different paths suggesting that different choices have been showing up for you lately. It also has a sense of deepening your relationship with the self. What have you discovered about yourself in recent days? The image on the card is of a little girl with a candle lighting the way forward. Which path will you take as you move forward on your journey through self-discovery this week? Trust in your intuition as you choose your next direction and take comfort in knowing that the Universe will also guide you towards the right path.

This card is asking you to listen to the messages within. Spend time in nature this week and take the time to listen and notice the signs from the Universe lighting the way. Feel the warmth of the sun and allow yourself to breathe in more deeply, releasing any anxiety or stress. Taking the time to stop allows you to notice what is going on more deeply within you. When we listen we become more aware of our truth and are more open to opportunities.

"Are you taking the necessary steps to reach your goals?"

I'm using the Energy Oracle cards by Sandra Anne Taylor this week.

The card Action has the image of two horses galloping towards something, racing towards something new. The number 17 on this card is significant of new opportunities and searching for your true purpose. When you add the numbers together in numerology it becomes an 8 which is symbolic of infinity and success. This number is also about finding balance in your life betweeen being successful and also recognizing and honouring your spiritual needs. Where do you need to find balance this week?

In the past few days have you been thinking about taking action on a new beginning or opportunity? The Uranus and Jupiter conjunction which occurred on the 20th of April, is significant as it often brings fast and rapid change. This energy is quite electric and this particular conjunction has not happened in the sign of Taurus since 1941.

Uranus is the planet of revolution and huge shifts, change and transformation. Jupiter, is considered the lucky planet, associated with hope and faith and it tends to expand everything it comes close to. It is likely that this conjunction will amplify those themes linked to personal transformation, new opportunities and revolutionary ideas. Does it feel like something in your life needs to be changed, or transformed in some way?

This card is suggesting that it is time to take action. Is there something that you want to do now which is a little out of the ordinary or out of your comfort zone? It is time to race towards something new. Horses are very intuitive animals, and this card is asking you to listen and trust in your intuition. Taking action will give you the sense of freedom and life that you desire. It takes courage to step out of a comfort zone but use the energy of this card to propel you forward on your new path.
